  1. Find the Citrix logo in the bottom right corner of your screen by clicking on the up arrow and find the Citrix logo and right click it.

  2. Then click connections center.

  3. The click preferences (Note you can only click on preferences if a Citrix session is open)

  4. Chooses Read and write and click apply.
