  1. Open Outlook 365

  2. Click “File”

  3. Click “Account settings”

  4. Choose “Account Name and Sync Settings”

  5. Click on “More Settings”

  6. Navigate to the advanced tab

  7. Check off “Use Cached Exchange Mode”Remove check mark from “Download shared folders”

  8. Press “OK”

  9. Remember to restart Outlook after this change.
