4.3.2 How to cancel a booking/meeting

To cancel a booking always use MyStore (and not Microsoft Outlook);

  • Right-click on the work order (the blue box)

  • Then click on the Scheduled option (a fly-out menu should appear)

  • Then click on the Canceled tab

  • Again, click on the Canceled option

  • The work order box should now have a strikethrough, and after about 60 seconds the orange appointment box should remove itself.

The work order will stay in the Schedule Board, but you will be able to find the work order in the ‘Work Orders to plan’-board, and you can now reschedule it again if you like.

 

  • A confirmation email regarding the cancellation of the meeting is sent automatically to the customer.
