Go to http://password.kvik.com
Type in your Kvik mail.
Click “Forgot my password“.
Follow the steps(Small and capital letters matter!!!)
Choose an option from the left panel to authenticate.
Type in a new password according to our password requirements.
If the password does not go through please read and act on the error message before contacting IT.
The new passwords will have to meet the following requirements:
Minimum length of 8 characters
Password cannot contain parts of username or full name
Must meet complexity requirements which are:
Password must contain three of the following four categories:
Uppercase characters (ABC...),
Lowercase characters (abc...),
Digits (0-9),
Non-alphanumeric characters (!@# etc.)
Password has to be changed at least every 90 days
10 last passwords cannot be reused
A password needs to be at least 24 hours old before it can be changed
