How to edit?

To edit the PDF file: Adobe reader (Free)

Do you need to change the layout of the template you are free to have this done by a local agency , it just need to be approved by you local Marketing manager before you use it.

Remember that we only use PVC free materials, so if you choose to get it produced locally you have to make sure it does not contain any PVC.

For the templates to work you’ll need to download and install our free-to-use alternative Kvik font, “Nunito - Kvik Edition


Sending the file to an external printing company.

If you need to send it to an external printing company you need to follow the below steps (Disable the option to edit it) before sending it.

Please note: that the templates are made as a “one fits all solution” meaning that some printing companys has other special requirements. Here the printing company has to do the modifications needed themself.


What should I do when I am done with filling out my template?

When you are done editing the template you have a couple of options to save it.

If you want to disable the option to easily edit it you can do as following:

  1. Export PDF as jpeg.
    File > Export a PDF > image > jpeg

  2. Print as PDF.

    1. File > Print…

    2. Under “Printer” pick “Adobe PDF”

    3. Select “Print” and give the file a name and select “Save”

To keep the option to edit it in the future you can do this:

  1. Save the pdf locally for later use
    File > Save As..

Finale Printing / Production:

Once you’ve completed your template, you have the option to either print it yourself or collaborate with a local printing partner. By doing so, you’ll receive your printed materials more quickly, saving time. This approach gives you the freedom to act promptly and maintain control over costs.

Keep in mind that Kvik exclusively uses PVC-free materials. If you choose to have it produced locally, ensure that it does not contain any PVC.
