  1. Click the File tab in the top left corner.

  2. Click Account Settings and then Account Name and Sync Settings

  3. Click on More Settings

  4. Go to the Advanced tab and press Add…

  5. Enter the name of the mailbox and press ok

  6. Remove the check mark from “Download shared folders”

  7. Press Apply and exit the rest open windows.

  8. The mailbox will now appear in the left pane under your personal mail.
