To edit the PDF file, you will need Adobe Reader, which is available for free.
Should you wish to modify the template, feel free to do so locally. Just remember to get the changes approved by your local Marketing Manager.
For optimal results, we recommend downloading and installing our free-to-use alternative font, “Nunito - Kvik Edition”
What should I do when I am done with filling out my template?
When you are done editing the template you have a couple of options to save it.
If you want to disable the option to easily edit it you can do as following:
Export PDF as jpeg.
File > Export a PDF > image > jpegPrint as PDF.
File > Print…
Under “Printer” pick “Adobe PDF”
Select “Print” and give the file a name and select “Save”
To keep the option to edit it in the future you can do this:
Save the pdf locally for later use
File > Save As..
