Often you might need an invitation for a special event, a celebration, etc. Therefore we have made an invitation template for you. This way you can easily update the text yourself, and print it yourself. This will cut down on delivery time.
You will need the following software to edit the PDF file: Adobe Reader (Free)
If you need to change the template you are free to have this done locally, it just needs to be approved by your local Marketing manager.
When you are done editing the template you have a couple of options to save it.
To keep the option to edit it in the future you can do this:
Save the pdf locally for later use
File > Save As..
If you want to disable the option to easily edit it you can do as following:
Export PDF as jpeg.
File > Export a PDF > image > jpegPrint as PDF.
File > Print…
Under “Printer” pick “Adobe PDF”
Select “Print” and give the file a name and select “Save”
